Industrial Engineer

Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for developing strategies to streamline our production processes. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing systems and a strong capability to engage with various teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create process maps and flowcharts to visualize manufacturing operations.
• Evaluate new manufacturing technologies and recommend upgrades.
• Facilitate training sessions for employees on best practices in process execution.
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee the implementation of engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to align engineering initiatives with company goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• An MBA or similar qualification is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of experience in process engineering or operations management
