Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to manage daily operations in our Johannesburg location. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the coordination and administration of healthcare services ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall operations of the healthcare center.
• Ensure all services comply with relevant legislation and standards.
• Supervise staff to ensure high levels of patient care.
• Keep patient records organized and confidential.
• Evaluate and enhance patient service delivery processes.
• Lead meetings with staff to discuss operational matters.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
• Monitor expenditures and assist with financial reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Healthcare Management is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in healthcare management
