Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architect (Design Tech) to join our creative team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and collaborate with engineers and planners to develop innovative design concepts. Your responsibilities will include project management, producing high-quality designs, and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and model 3D visualizations for client presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and propose solutions to client needs.
  • Manage the production of construction documentation.
  • Prepare and present design reviews and progress reports.
  • Create and implement timelines for project milestones.
  • Engage in community and public relations efforts to promote projects.
  • Work on LEED certification processes for sustainable projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date project records and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Design
  • Master’s degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a design-focused role
