As a Pharmacist at Health Solutions Pvt Ltd., you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, responsible for managing medication therapy and providing exceptional patient service. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' health conditions and medication needs.
• Create and maintain a professional rapport with patients for better healthcare delivery.
• Engage in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians for optimal patient medication strategies.
• Prepare medication compounding when necessary.
• Conduct health screenings and provide referrals as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
• Additional certifications in Clinical Pharmacy or similar is an advantage

Experience

• 2-5 years experience in a retail pharmacy setting
