Job Description

In this role as an IT Support Technician, you will act as the first line of support for our users. You will diagnose IT issues, perform installations, and provide training on software applications. This is a fantastic opportunity for those passionate about technology and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage IT support requests and prioritize them based on urgency.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up their workstations.
  • Conduct routine checks on IT equipment to ensure functionality.

  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and tools.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support
