Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer at Creative Solutions, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from user research to prototypes and final designs. You will leverage your design skills to create applications that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design workshops to brainstorm ideas and solutions.
  • Translate high-level requirements into user flows and detailed designs.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Utilize design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
  • Create and maintain a library of design assets.
  • Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team efforts to enhance overall design quality.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related discipline
  • Master's degree in UX Design is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience focused on usability and user experience design
