Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to support requests via various communication channels.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
• Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.

• Provide feedback to IT leadership on recurrent issues for proactive resolution.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Computer Science or IT-related field
• Bachelor's degree in IT is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
