Responsibilities

• Develop user-centered designs by understanding the end-user's needs.
• Create visual designs and branding that are cohesive across platforms.
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define overall design vision.
• Produce design guidelines and standards for future projects.
• Analyze metrics post-launch to assess the performance of designs.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in UX/UI Design or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Prototyping Tools

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in conducting user research: Ability to gather and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
