UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging user experiences and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for our diverse range of projects. Your role will involve working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs into functional and appealing designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with product management to define the user experience and product vision.
• Foster a design-thinking culture within the team.
• Utilize analytics and user feedback to improve designs post-launch.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to junior designers.
• Champion design consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience

Languages
