Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for a variety of IT issues.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of IT assets.
• Conduct system updates and patches as needed.
• Support remote and onsite users with technical inquiries.
• Work with vendors on hardware repairs and replacements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant IT support experience

• Windows and Mac OS Support

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
