Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer, you'll lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise in process re-engineering and data analysis will be key to driving improvements in resource utilization and productivity levels across various projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects focused on process improvement.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders regarding project status.

• Serve as a liaison between engineering and production teams to align objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering preferred

Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in process engineering or similar role

Technical Skills

• CAD Software
• Root Cause Analysis

Soft Skills

• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
