Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local and international electrical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
• Troubleshoot existing electrical systems and provide solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Document all engineering processes and outcomes in detail.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's in Engineering is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in electrical engineering with a focus on project management

Technical Skills

• Matlab
• Budgeting Software

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with renewable energy projects: Knowledge of solar and wind energy systems and their integration.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems: Experience with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems.
