Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer to help drive our operational goals in Johannesburg. Your role will involve process analysis, system optimization, and implementing best practices. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance production processes for efficiency.
• Conduct analyses and recommend improvements in materials usage and workforce organization.
• Collaborate on cross-department initiatives for product quality.
• Document best practices and lessons learned from process changes.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement workshops.
• Benchmark performance metrics against industry standards.
• Develop training programs for process sustainability.
• Communicate findings and progress to management and stakeholders.
• Implement cost reduction programs while maintaining quality standards.
• Administer software tools for process monitoring and reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in an industrial engineering position

• English: Fluent
