Responsibilities

• Design and implement testing strategies for software applications.
• Ensure software quality standards and best practices are followed.
• Conduct performance and load testing to assess application responsiveness.
• Document and maintain testing procedures and guidelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality goals.
• Utilize bug tracking tools to manage defects and verify fixes.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior QA members.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging testing technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in QA roles

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
