Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new employees with IT equipment setup.
• Train users on new hardware and software applications.
• Ensure adherence to security protocols and policies.
• Participate in IT projects and system upgrades as required.
• Prepare reports on IT incidents and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology
• MCSE or CompTIA A+ certification is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure): Experience with cloud platforms and their management.
