• Actively participate in audits of underwriting practices.
• Present findings and results to management teams.
• Foster teamwork and excellence in performance within the department.
• Provide feedback on policy design and adjust based on performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in an insurance underwriting role

• Insurance Regulation Knowledge

Certifications

• Fellow of the Institute of Risk Management (FIRM)
• Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU)

Languages
