Responsibilities

• Generate and present design proposals that include layouts, materials, and furnishings.
• Oversee project timelines and manage budgets effectively.
• Utilize software tools for 3D modeling and visualization.
• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and safety standards.
• Engage in continuous learning about the latest design trends and eco-friendly practices.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Assist in marketing efforts by showcasing completed projects.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Interior Architecture or Design
• Postgraduate qualification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in interior design

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Interior Designer (CID)
• Green Certified Professional (GCP) is an advantage

Languages

• English: Fluent
