Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy monitoring solutions to improve system visibility.
• Create disaster recovery plans and conduct regular testing.
• Collaborate on application design to ensure reliability from the ground up.
• Facilitate cross-team communication to ensure alignment on projects.
• Implement robust logging and alerting mechanisms for all systems.
• Optimize application performance through regular analysis and tuning.
• Engage in capacity planning and forecasting to ensure infrastructure support.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master’s degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and operational support
