Job Description

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and drive engagement across various social platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a creative flair and a solid understanding of social media trends. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our approach.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily social media activities including posting and responding to comments.
  • Develop promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Engage with followers and build a community around our brand.
  • Create reports to track the success of campaigns and adjust strategy as needed.
  • Coordinate with marketing team for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of social media advertising strategies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for content.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Public Relations
  • Certifications in social media management are a plus

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts
