Job Description

In this role as a Cloud Engineer, you will leverage your skills in cloud technology and DevOps methodologies to support our infrastructure and deployment processes. We're looking for an innovative thinker who can enhance our cloud capabilities and lead automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy resilient cloud infrastructure using best practices.
• Manage and monitor cloud resources to optimize uptime and performance.
• Simplify current processes by automating workflows and tasks.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure best practices in development and operations.
• Allocate resources efficiently to minimize costs while maximizing performance.
• Provide training and support to team members on cloud technologies and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in Cloud Computing is beneficial

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in cloud engineering or DevOps.

Technical Skills

• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• Terraform
• CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Effective communication

Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform: Familiarity with other cloud service providers in addition to AWS.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Bash: Ability to write scripts for automation of tasks within cloud environments.
