Job Description

We are actively seeking skilled Coating, Painting, and Spraying Machine Setters and Operators to oversee machinery processes that ensure high-quality finishes for our products. Ideal candidates will have a background in machine operation and an eye for detail to ensure the best results.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for machine setups and adjustments for specific projects.
• Perform routine checks on paint viscosity and adjust as required.
• Collaborate with the quality control department to assess finished work.
• Verify that coatings are applied according to specifications.
• Participate in training sessions regarding adherence to operational standards.
• Report any defective items or issues during the production process.
• Ensure workspace cleanliness and organization for safety.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Coating Technology is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of related experience in coating operations
