Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Fleet Manager dedicated to elevating our fleet operations. In this role, you will coordinate logistics, oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, and manage driver assignments. Your insights will be pivotal in optimizing our fleet strategy and improving service delivery across the board.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily fleet operations and manage vehicle assignments.
• Optimize routing and scheduling for efficiency.
• Monitor fleet performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee and manage maintenance schedules for all vehicles.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure fleet aligns with business objectives.
• Implement best practices for fleet safety and compliance.
• Conduct performance reviews for drivers and fleet staff.
• Assess and recommend new vehicle acquisitions or disposals.
• Establish relationships with insurance and leasing companies.
• Ensure all fleet activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in logistics or fleet operations

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis
• Vehicle Maintenance Knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Fleet Safety Programs: Experience in implementing safety programs and training for drivers.
