UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate UX Designer to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will lead the design of user-friendly interfaces and enhance the overall user experience across our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure that our solutions effectively meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops to gather insights and ideas from various teams.
• Document design specifications and ensure clarity for developers.
• Advocate for the user experience at all levels of the project.
• Analyze competitor products to identify strengths and weaknesses in usability.
• Utilize design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD for effective design.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Advanced training in UX/UI design is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in UX design processes.

• Figma

Certifications

• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
