We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative designs for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity, strong skills in design software, and the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals to bring concepts to life.

Responsibilities

• Draft comprehensive architectural plans and specifications.
• Assist in the selection of materials and construction methods.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Support project management in budget and timeline assessments.
• Collaborate with team members on design presentations and documentation.
• Participate in meetings with clients to discuss designs and modifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in landscape and architectural design

Technical Skills

• BIM Software
• Microsoft Office Suite

Certifications

• SACAP Registration
• Accredited Active Green Designer (optional)

Languages

• English: Fluent
