Responsibilities

• Draft and present financial summaries to management.
• Review and enhance financial reporting processes.
• Conduct due diligence for potential mergers and acquisitions.
• Engage in cost-benefit analysis for various projects.
• Support the preparation of annual reports and audits.
• Collaborate with external auditors and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• MBA or further finance certification is highly beneficial

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
