As a Tax Consultant at Tax Solutions Pty Ltd., you will provide expert guidance on tax planning and compliance. You will work closely with clients to develop tailored strategies that ensure they meet their tax obligations while optimising their financial position. We seek a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of South African tax legislation and the ability to navigate complex tax scenarios. Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their unique tax needs.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to inform tax strategies.
• Advise on the impact of local and international tax laws.
• Prepare documentation for tax filings and claims.
• Advocate for clients during tax audits.
• Monitor legislative updates that affect clients’ tax positions.
• Direct tax planning sessions to optimise strategies.
• Manage client portfolios and ensure compliance deadlines are met.
• Review decisions made regarding tax planning approaches.
• Assist in managing relationships with tax authorities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Business
• Master's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in tax consulting
