We are seeking dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team in Pretoria. In this crucial role, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient health, and providing companionship to improve the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Support patients in mobility and transferring them safely.
• Document care given and report changes in the client’s condition.
• Encourage social interaction and activity to promote well-being.
• Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Certificate in Home Health Aide or related fields preferred

Experience

• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or caregiver is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Basic healthcare knowledge
• Effective communication skills

• Time management

Certifications

• CPR and First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
