Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize incoming support requests effectively.
• Perform routine maintenance on IT systems and equipment.
• Conduct system backups and ensure data integrity.
• Assist in the development of IT support processes and guidelines.
• Provide on-site support for hardware installations.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and external vendors when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Additional certifications in IT support are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or similar roles
