Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for all IT-related incidents and requests.
Assist users in hardware and software setup and configuration.
Implement IT projects as directed by the IT Manager.
Manage user accounts and permissions in the systems.
Participate in team meetings to discuss issues and improvements.
Keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends in IT.
Train and educate users on best practices for IT security.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Computer Science or Information Systems
Degree in IT is a plus
Experience
2+ years in a helpdesk or IT support role
