We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations based in Johannesburg. In this pivotal role, you will manage logistics, ensure efficient inventory management, and lead a dedicated team to enhance our operational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure high productivity.
• Implement best practices for inventory management and logistics.
• Train and develop the warehouse team to enhance skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards within the warehouse.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transport companies to optimize deliveries.
• Conduct regular audits and inventory checks.
• Set and monitor KPIs to achieve operational goals.
• Assist in budget management and cost control initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Lean Management principles: Understanding of Lean methodologies to enhance productivity.
