An exciting opportunity exists for an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Pretoria. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving their personal goals. Responsibilities

  • Assess and evaluate patients' needs to design effective treatment regimens.
  • Provide direct therapy to enhance client independence in daily activities.
  • Work closely with physiotherapists, psychologists, and other medical professionals.
  • Keep accurate records of patient progress and report findings to the healthcare team.
  • Develop and conduct group therapy sessions for clients.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with occupational therapy practices.
  • Respond to patient and family inquiries to address concerns about the therapy process.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
