Job Description

As a Civil Engineer based in Pretoria, you will play a crucial role in shaping the urban landscape. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld throughout all phases of construction.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and water systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers on project designs.
• Review and approve project plans and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
• Monitor construction progress and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for projects.
• Evaluate the environmental impact of projects and seek sustainable solutions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in civil engineering
