We are seeking a skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical trial management, monitoring, and regulatory compliance, playing a crucial role in the success of our research initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the execution of clinical trials by maintaining study protocols.
• Monitor patient recruitment and retention, ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Review and analyze study data, reporting findings to management.
• Conduct training sessions for new staff on research procedures.
• Engage with external stakeholders to promote trial participation.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues that may impact study timelines.
• Liaise with sponsors and regulatory agencies on study progress and compliance.
• Ensure all trial documentation is completed accurately and submitted timely.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent
• Advanced degree in Clinical Research is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of clinical research experience

Certifications
