UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and talented UX Designer to join our team in Stellenbosch. In this role, you'll collaborate with product managers and developers to design user-friendly interfaces and improve the overall user experience of our applications. You will be responsible for conducting user research, designing wireframes, and creating prototypes to communicate your design ideas.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze user feedback to improve product interfaces.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of designs.
• Create engaging and intuitive user interfaces that enhance user satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain style guides and design specifications.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design critiques.
• Utilize analytics tools to track user behavior and inform design improvements.

Requirements

Education

• BTech in Interaction Design or related field
• Certifications in UX/UI design are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a UX role

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• Usability Testing Methods

Soft Skills

• Empathy

Certifications

• UX Design Certification from a recognized institution

Languages

• English: Fluent
