Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from concept to closure.
• Collaborate with various teams to allocate resources effectively.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Provide feedback and support to project team members.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide timely updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies
• Budget Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Problem Solving

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of project management software: Proficiency in tools such as Asana or Jira for project tracking.
• Certifications in Lean or Six Sigma: Additional project management certifications are advantageous.
