Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Polokwane. The right candidate will be responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring quality control, and developing efficient systems that enhance productivity. You will work closely with various departments to implement strategies that improve workflow and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Develop cost reduction strategies while maintaining quality.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
• Coordinate with project management teams for timely project execution.
• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in an engineering role within a manufacturing setting
