Job Description

As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labour laws and regulations. You will handle payroll calculations, resolve discrepancies, and prepare reports while working closely with HR and finance to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing for a diverse workforce.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze payroll reports for monthly and yearly statistics.
  • Communicate with external auditors regarding payroll queries.
  • Implement strategies for payroll process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Facilitate payroll orientation for new employees, explaining policies and procedures.
  • Assist HR with benefits administration and employee remuneration queries.
  • Liaise with financial institutions for payroll-related banking transactions.
  • Maintain confidential employee payroll information securely.
  • Utilize payroll software for efficient data management and reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in payroll or finance-related roles
