UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Design Collective Ltd. is on the lookout for a detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on user-centered design principles to develop compelling interfaces for our web and mobile applications. By conducting usability tests and applying design best practices, you will help deliver an exceptional user experience that delights our customers and enhances their interaction with our products.

Responsibilities

• Measure and track user engagement using analytic tools to guide design decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with user testing methodologies: Familiarity with A/B testing, usability testing, and user feedback techniques.
• Knowledge of front-end web technologies: Understanding of HTML/CSS and JavaScript for better collaboration with developers.
