Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Veterinarian to provide exceptional care for our animal patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties from health assessments to emergency treatments, ensuring the best outcomes for our furry friends.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide variety of animal health conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed, ensuring proper anesthesia and post-operative care.
• Work with a team to develop and implement health programs for animals.
• Engage in continuing education to stay current in the veterinary field.
• Participate in community education programs about animal health and welfare.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science or related field
• Registration with the South African Veterinary Council is mandatory

Experience

• 2+ years of clinical veterinary experience
