Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our growing team in East London. This role involves providing exceptional technical support to our users, maintaining IT systems, and solving various tech-related issues. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality technical support to staff members.
  • Assist with software and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Keep accurate records of support issues and resolutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay current with IT trends.
  • Manage inventory of IT supplies and equipment.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant certifications are valued
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or relevant roles
