Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate care to patients in a diverse healthcare setting.
  • Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate administration of treatments and medications.
  • Conduct health education sessions and workshops for patients.
  • Manage emergency and acute care situations as they arise.
  • Participate in the development and revision of nursing protocols.

  • Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare specialized staff.
  • Document and analyze patient care outcomes for continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Postgraduate diploma in Nursing or related specialization is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive nursing experience
