Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Cape Town. This pivotal role will involve leading our QA efforts, implementing testing strategies, and ensuring our products achieve the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for developing testing procedures, managing a team of QA specialists, and collaborating closely with product development teams to integrate testing throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce testing procedures and standards across projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the QA strategy aligns with business objectives.
  • Manage the QA budget and resources efficiently.

  • Stay current with industry trends and adapt QA processes accordingly.

  • Assist in hiring and evaluating QA personnel.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, Master's preferred

  • 8+ years of experience in QA management or related roles
