Job Description

We are in search of an Electrical Engineer who is passionate about renewable energy and sustainable solutions to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical design, project management, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Draft and review electrical schematics and specifications.
  • Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and standards.
  • Actively participate in project meetings to address client needs.
  • Manage resources efficiently to stay within project budgets.
  • Mentor junior engineering staff and assist with their development.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for project materials.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for upcoming projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Master's preferred for more senior roles
Experience
  • 3-5 years of applicable work experience in the electrical field
