Job Description

We are on the lookout for a competent Construction Site Supervisor. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations on the construction site, manage site staff, ensure safety compliance, and liaise with contractors. Your expertise will ensure our projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead site meetings to discuss project progress and issues.
  • Supervise and mentor on-site staff to ensure high performance.
  • Review and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Report any site issues to upper management promptly.
  • Conduct safety audits and ensure records are maintained.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction field with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Languages
