Job Description

We're on the lookout for a talented Product Designer to join our Johannesburg team. You will play a crucial role in transforming ideas into engaging, user-centric designs. Working alongside our dynamic team, you will contribute to everything from initial concept sketches to high-fidelity prototypes. Your expertise in UX/UI design will guide us as we impact the digital landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from ideation through to implementation.
• Utilize tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD to bring designs to life.
• Facilitate design workshops to quickly brainstorm and generate concepts.
• Maintain documentation of design processes and decisions.
• Respond and iterate on designs based on user and stakeholder feedback.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Graphic Design or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in design
