Job Description

As a Locker Room, Coatroom, and Dressing Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in all areas of the bathhouse. You will ensure that guests have a pleasant experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining high hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas are clean and organized, adhering to high hygiene standards.
• Restock supplies and assist clients in navigating the spa facilities.
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Perform regular inspections of equipment and report any faults.
• Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Handle and dispose of waste responsibly and safely.

Requirements

Education

• Additional qualifications in Hospitality or Cleaning Services are advantageous.

Experience

• Experience working in a hospitality or healthcare environment would be beneficial.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Chemical Cleaning Agents

Soft Skills

• Ability to Work Under Pressure

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds: Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a variety of guests.
• Fluency in more than one language: Additional languages are a plus to cater to our diverse clientele.
