Responsibilities

• Design and improve UX/UI for digital products with a focus on user engagement.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
• Organize and facilitate design workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Research and analyse user behaviour to drive design improvements.
• Assist in the development of user personas and journey maps.
• Maintain open lines of communication with project stakeholders.
• Document design processes and methodologies for future reference.
• Implement feedback from usability tests to refine designs.
• Contribute ideas and solutions to enhance overall user experience.
• Assist in creating visual designs and layouts as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

• Sketch

Languages

• English: Fluent
