Job Description

As the Editorial Manager, you'll lead a team of writers and editors, ensuring that all content meets our high standards of quality. You'll be responsible for managing the editorial calendar, overseeing the production process, and collaborating closely with marketing and content strategy teams to deliver compelling materials.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the editorial production process from concept to publication.
  • Ensure that all content adheres to SEO best practices and brand tone.
  • Work closely with graphic designers to enhance content presentation.
  • Provide constructive feedback to writers and editors consistently.
  • Plan and execute editorial meetings to discuss strategy and performance.
  • Manage budgets related to content creation and production.
  • Build relationships with external contributors and industry experts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or Writing
  • Master's degree in Journalism or Content Creation is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in content management or editing roles
