We're seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user experience principles and be able to create engaging designs that meet user needs. Responsibilities

• Design engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure design consistency across platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming and design critique sessions.
• Help create and maintain a style guide for the design team.
• Work within brand guidelines to create novel design solutions.
• Present designs to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or relevant field

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant design experience

Technical Skills

• User Research Techniques
• Prototyping Tools

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Accessibility Standards: Understanding of WCAG and how to design inclusive user experiences.
• Experience with user testing: Hands-on experience with user testing and gathering feedback.
