Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive growth for our innovative tech solutions. You will be responsible for nurturing existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement account strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create tailored campaigns for existing clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Train and mentor junior account executives.
  • Ensure timely resolution of any client issues or challenges.
  • Support the sales team in achieving overall company targets.

Requirements

Education
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales
